The Magic Castle

On Sunday night, when we were at my mom's for dinner, Rob asked us if we wanted to go to the Magic Castle. I had never heard of it before, so Rob explained it to me...I guess you have to be a member to even go in, it's in Hollywood, you go and eat at a 4 star restaurant, then go see magic shows. Rob know's a doctor through his school that has a membership, so he got guest passes through him....We were way excited and it was sooo much fun...The perfect date night!!!

My extremly smart (wink wink) brother in law, said ok follow me, well we ended up going down this deserted street with no light's and homeless people yelling weird thing's to us and we had no clue where we were, so he called his friend who was meeting us there and we got picked up, luckily none of us were involved in a drive by shooting or something, seriously that's how freaky it was....Thanks Rob!!!

Ok, so after we got way lost in the middle of the really bad part of Hollywood, we got to the castle, and they told me no camera's allowed in the castle, so the hostess told me she'll take some pic's before we go in, but I really wished we could take pics in the castle cuz there was some really cool things... but oh well.... here are the pics before we went in...

This one is kinda a inside joke but still funny, Rob MADE us be rebels and go under this rope to get through to where we were park.....such a bad boy....haha, j/k rob, i know your gonna beat me up when you see this....haha

So once again good ol bro Rob says he know's where the car is in the garage, but he come's to find out, hmmm he doesn't after all....and jess and me are wearing heels and are soo bugged cuz our feet hurt so bad, so we finally say we are going to stay at this yellow pole and come pick us up when you find the car, so while we were waiting we got boerd and started snapping some silly pics, I told her this reminds me of high school, but we were both laughing so hard while we were taking pic's. Love my sis

We finally made it home like at 12:30, and it was the funnest date I'd had in a long time, Im so glad they invited us...and Aisley was so good for her Nana, She even took a bottle this time...Props to my father in law!!!

Johns Incredible Pizza

Monday, there was no school, so my friend from my church and I took our kid's to Johns Incredible Pizza...We had a blast! Aisley stayed home with daddy while he was working because she was asleep. So it was just me, Bri, Brielle, Bri's friend, and our friends from our ward. After the kid's were done chowing down pizza, we went to play. Addie and Elli wanted to go on these little car's that go around a track a few times. They were very into it....

These next one's crack me up. My friend had never tryed dance dance revolution, so we gave it a whirl, and had a blast! Addie and Elli really wanted to try it, and they were so funny, they were getting soo into it, and they really thought they were doing a good job, but at the end of the game, the score was 00000... It was soo funny!

This ride took like all our tickets, but the girl's really wanted to do it, so we got Bri and Summer to go on with them and they had alot of fun on this one...it took you in the air and spun you around pretty fast

Last Night

Last night was pretty boring, for the kid's...we are redoing the kid's room, so we were painting last night, i ended up not even being able to help because I was trying to keep Aisley out of that room and of course that's the only room she wanted in. So me and her played her favorite game (on the bed, we roar at eachother and she jumps/crawls across the bed hoping I won't get her). She get's so excited when anybody plays this with her, and she get's so happy and has the biggest smiles, so I snapped some pics while we were playing it, so ya'll could see.....

My friend got me this cute little outfit for her so I had it on her, but of course when she figured out there was something on her head, it was sooo off...

While all of this work was getting done you could find Elli in Bri's room at her desk, working on her "homework", (very important). She talks to herself, or her makebelieve friend's the whole

time she is "working". This is one of her favorite things to do....SO funny...

Fun with friends at the park

Today, my friend and I decided to get our kid's out of the house and take them to the park. We wanted to take them to this one I really like, but after driving around for like 15 minutes not being able to find it, we decided to go to Beryl Park, a park that we passed on our long quest trying to find the other park....ugh...so frusterating! Anyways, the boy's are almost 3, so a year younger than Brielle, but they all play so good together.

By the way they are twins: Ethan, Brielle, and Andrew....

My friend and me were sitting on this bench watching the kid's play, and these 3 boys, who were probably like 9 or something (so they should have been in school) came up to us and said move off that bench, we need to walk on it! I was like, no sorry, but we are sitting on it, then the bratty kid was like well get up, then when we are done you can sit back down (meanwhile the mom is just sitting there watching this), so i said we were sitting here so if you could just go around us please....oh my gosh!! get your kid off our back! SO annoying...we were like so amazed that they were that rude and their mom's didn't even care!

Anyways, after our great fun park adventure, we went to my friend's house and she made lunch for us, and the kid's played in the backyard for awhile. It was a fun play date. Elli love's getting together with her friend's! And I love it too, so I can hang out with my friend's too!!

Northern Cali Vacation

About 2 weeks ago, my mom, sister, nephew, me and my kid's loaded up the car with carseats, and luggage, and headed off on a 10 hour drive (yes, it was tons of fun) to northern california : paradise, and chico, to go to my cousin Mark's wedding...We stopped in Bakersfield to sleep at my aunt Jana's house, so it was only 2 hour's the first day...As soon as we got to my aunt Cyndy's house, she told us to go in the backyard to her pumpkin patch and pick some pumpkin's. It was so cute. My cousin Ryan had his kid's there too, who are around Elle and Aye's age, so it was fun to watch all the kid's get excited about the pumpkin's

This is my cousin Tanner, who Brielle followed around pretty much the whole time.....which I'm sure he just loved...but he was a great sport, he's 7....

After being in the house for awhile, waiting for the wedding to start, I decided to take the kid's to the park (even though it was freezing outside)...It was the preetiest park i have ever seen, Paradise is such a beautiful place, tonz of trees everywhere...

She kept asking if she can take picture's with her, she followed her everywhere, danced wherever she was dancing, upstairs to get something, I mean everywhere, Finally I had to tell Elli to stop cuz she needed some time to herself...

Here's the groom, Mark with cousins (all the same age): Jessica, Carrissa, and Rachel! It was fun for them to see eachother because they were all the same age so they all hung out growing up!

My cousin, Brent and me...When he was a baby, he was seriously mine, I loved him so much, always wanted to hold him and take care of him, I spent alot of time with him....It's so funny how grown up he is now...Such a sweetheart!

Here's my boy (well actually, Jess's boy) Issac, I just love him so much and he was asking me to get him out of the swing, and I said sure, if you say cheese for the camera, and look how cute that cheese turned out!

The kid's must have thought they could read, cuz the found this rock with some writing on it, and they stood there for the longest time pretending to read what was on there. It was pretty amusing!

And there's the mum and Elli, best of friends! She love's her mum so much, and she was playing with her grandkid's for a long time at the park....Gotta give my wonderful mom a shout out for helping out with the kids so much on that trip, it's always alot harder when the daddy's not around to help out, but she did an amazing job! So grateful that I have such an amazing mom!

So as we were at the park, Elli saw some kid's and her friendly self, went up to them and asked what are you doing, and lucky for her they asked her to play along, they had like a balloon shooter, that shot these balloon's in the sky then it came back down and you had to catch it, she had soooo much fun doing this for a long while, and in the meantime made such good friend's with this little girl who was 5, they played for a while after that together!

We love getting to see our extended family, and we had a great time. We love all of them so much! Congrats to Mark and Angie! The kid's did ok in the car but they were definitly excited to get home.....of course Elli jumped right on in to her swimsuit, and put not only a princess crown on her but one on her sister too!
